What happens next after acceptance?


  1. Counselor contacts student regarding status

    You will receive a call from your counselor and in some cases a postcard.

  2. Acceptance packet mailed to student
  3. Student should sign and return all necessary documents

    Student should sign and mail in award letters.

  4. Attend a transfer orientation

    It is not mandatory, but recommended to ask last minute questions and get the most recent information on the university.

  5. Take any necessary placement exams

    If you have not taking college algebra or freshman composition this a mandatory exam

  6. Meet with your advisor who must sign your course schedule
  7. Set an appointment with your advisor via phone or email. (It is recommended that appointments be set 1 week in advance)

  8. Register for classes
  9. Student should take signed course schedule card to the Registrars office located on the 3rd floor of the Administration Building.

  10. Meet with Financial Aid
  11. Activate any loans and ask about other scholarships.

  12. Visit Cashiers Department
  13. Check on outstanding balances and make payment arrangements.
