2004-05: Appeared in all 32 games for the Rams including 2 starts...shot 62.2% from the field (97-156)...ranked third on the team with 5.5 rebounds per game...averaged 7 points per game...scored in double-figures 7 times including a season-high 18 points in a 94-81 win over Huston-Tillotson (2/28)...recorded a double-double with 13 points and 13 rebounds in a 103-95 win over Wiley (1/29).

Prior to Wesleyan: A one-year letterwinner for Scott Drew at Baylor … appeared in eight games for the Bears in the 2003-04 season.

Prep: Played 10 games in 2003 for the United States Military Preparatory School … averaged 33 points and 11 rebounds for Army Prep … a two-year letterwinner from 2001-03 for Steve Boyd at Seoul American High School in Seoul, Korea … averaged 27 points, 13 rebounds and five assists as a senior in 2003, while leading the Falcons to the Class AA Far East Championship … named all-conference most valuable player, All-Korea most valuable player, and Far-East most valuable player, following his senior season … a one-year letterwinner for Celneque Bobbit at Harker Heights (Texas) High School as a sophomore in 2001 … averaged 11 points and four assists that season.

Personal: Born Nino A. Etienne on May 7, 1985, in Panama City, Panama … son of Luis and Alcira Etienne … has two brothers, Jose and Luis, and one sister, Marcella … majoring in kinesiology.
