SARACHO QUALIFIES FOR U.S. PUBLIC LINKS June 9, 2008 FORT WORTH, TX: Texas Wesleyan University’s Paco Saracho was the medalist at the Dallas sectional qualifier earning a spot in next week’s U.S. Amateur Public Links at Murphy Creek Golf Course in Aurora, CO. THREE RAMS NAMED ALL-AMERICAN May 21, 2008 FORT WORTH, TX: The NAIA announced its 2008 Men’s Golf All-American team today, and three members of the Texas Wesleyan University sqaud were among those honored. HENDON, DOSKOCIL NAMED ACADEMIC ALL-AMERICAN May 20, 2008 FORT WORTH, TX: Texas Wesleyan University’s Mitch Hendon and Kevin Doskocil have been named to the 2008 Men’s Golf Daktronics-NAIA Scholar Athlete team. The award is given annually to juniors and seniors, nominated by their head coach, who have maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher. Click here for the story. RAMS FINISH TENTH AT NAIA NATIONALS May 16, 2008 PLYMOUTH, IN: The 10th ranked Texas Wesleyan University men’s golf team finished 10th at the 57th NAIA Men’s Golf National Championship at Indiana National Golf Club.
