Texas Wesleyan outside hitter Leighann Krey was named the Red River Athletic Conference Volleyball co-Player of the Week, the second time she has received the honor this season.

Krey, a senior from Springtown, led the Lady Rams to a 2-1 week, losing only to Houston Baptist University, ranked 5th in the nation. She registered 44 kills in 75 total attacks with only 11 errors, for a hitting percentage of .440. Against Huston-Tillotson on Friday afternoon, she connected for 11 kills in 18 total attacks for a percentage of .556. Later that evening, she racked up 20 kills against HBU, and her 13 kills on Saturday helped the Lady Rams to a three-game sweep of LeTourneau.

Krey accounted for 21 digs, one solo block and four assisted blocks on the week as well.
