Refund Information:
Beginning Check release dates for Spring 2010
Graduate - January 20, 2010
- Undergraduate - January 20, 2010
- An email will be sent to the student’s Ram Mail account to notify each student when a refund check is available for pick up.
- Refund checks are available for student pick up for two weeks from the date of issue. Students must present their student ID card to pick up a refund check.
- When are Refund Checks Mailed?
- Any refund check not picked up after two weeks from the date of issue will be mailed to the address on file.
- If you are a Health Science Nurse Anesthetist student and do not live locally your check will be mailed on the date of issue and to the address on file.
- If you would like to request your refund check be mailed to you, simply reply to the refund notification email from the cashier’s office OR you may email us directly at cashiersoffice@txwes.edu. Please provide your student ID number, full name, and your mailing address.
- Someone else may pick up your refund check if you are not able to do so. Please visit FAQ “Can I have someone else pick up my refund check?”
Third Party Payment Recipients:
- If you receive tuition reimbursement from any third party payer (such as Texas Tomorrow Fund, DARS, or Veterans benefits) you must contact the cashier’s office each semester for verification. Click for agreement form, click for acknowledgement form. Both forms will need to be completed and returned to the cashier's office.
2008 1098T Tax Statements for Tuition were mailed on January 31, 2009:
