Resources for setups (tables, chairs, tents, sidewalk signs, etc.) are provided on a first come-first serve basis determined by date of setup request submitted.
If the requestor requires additional resources that are not available through facilities for the setup, the Events Coordinator will provide the requestor with the name and phone number of preferred vendor to contact.
The Facilities Department can provide tables and chairs for events up to 150 people.
The Facilities Department has three (3) signs that can be reserved on a first-come-first-served basis. Each sign has six lines and each line can hold up to ten characters.
- Tents
- The Facilities Department has four canopy-style tents.
- All outdoor setups to include tents are limited to the following months: March 15th – November 15th
- Tent and outdoor setups are dependent upon weather conditions up to 48 hours before and after the event (rain, wind, thunderstorms, etc.)
- Setup of tents will not be allowed if wind conditions are predicted to exceed 10 miles per hour up to 24 hours before and after of the event

- Rental of Resources
- It is the responsibility of the requestor of the event to secure all rental furniture, table linens, and skirting.
- Rental of Furniture must be ordered with at setup and breakdown. Delivery and pickup times of the rentals must coinside with the setup and breakdown of the event.
- Extra Power Sources
- Facilities will provide power from the source to the event area. If power strips and addition cords are needed, that will be the responsibility of the requestor.
- Outside vendors will be responsible for providing power cords/strips from the source to the event.
- Transportaion of Supplies
- ADVANCE NOTICE MUST BE GIVEN SO THE TIME CAN BE SCHEDULED (this is only for on campus delivery of supplies)
