Shared E-mail Accounts
Shared e-mail accounts are available for academic and administrative departments.
A shared e-mail account provides the department with a way to collectively receive and respond to e-mail.
To request a shared e-mail account, complete and submit the Shared Account Request form.
E-mail Account Management
E-mail accounts have limits on the amount of available disk space. It is the responsibility of the account owner(s) to stay within that allotment of disk space.
To prevent exceeding the disk allotment, account owners should delete unwanted/unneeded messages from the server mailbox and regularly (once per month) move important messages from the server mailbox to their personal folders for archiving purposes. |
