Fall 2008 Graduation Dates

At-A-Glance

April 1, 2008:  Deadline to apply for Fall 2008 graduation

September 2 - 26, 2008:  Graduation Information Packets available in the Office of Student Records; you must sign for your packet and your diploma order.

September 11, 2008: Deadline to submit cap and gown ("regalia") order form to the University Bookstore

October 14 and 15 , 2008:  Graduation Rehearsal (please choose one to attend; refer to your information packet for specific times/locations)

October 28 and 29, 2008:  Grad Finale, University Bookstore

November 12 , 2008:  Deadline to submit outstanding coursework, paperwork to the Office of Student Records

November 17 , 2008:  Graduation ceremony tickets available in the Office of Student Records; you must sign for receipt of tickets

December 2 , 2008:  Student Life begins waiting list for unclaimed tickets; call them at 817-531-4872 to be placed on waiting list

December 5 :  Last day to obtain graduation ceremony tickets

December 10 , 2008:  Deadline to submit completion letters for courses completed this term at other institutions

January 27, 2009 :  Diploma distribution begins

January 30, 2009: last day to submit transferred work and still retain the December 2008 graduation date
