Fall 2009 Graduation

Fall 2009 Graduation will be held at Will Rogers Auditorium, 3401 W. Lancaster, Fort Worth. The ceremony will start at 11:00 am; you must arrive no later than 10:15 am.

Important Dates to Remember:

Please refer to your Graduation Information Packet for specific details on each of these events/deadlines:

September 8 - October 2 - Graduation Information Packet pickup & sign for diploma order

October 6 & 7 - Grad Finale/University Bookstore (Please note: Grad Finale is 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day; this is your first opportunity to order rings/announcements and to order your cap and gown)

October 13 & 15 - Graduation class meetings (see Spring 09 Grad Meeting Power Point link on the right for meeting information)

November 9 - December 4 - Ticket pickup

December 1 - Waiting list for extra tickets/Student Life

December 9 - Letters of completion due for courses to be transferred this term

January 29, 2010 - Deadline for Spring 2009 grads to submit official transcripts/transfer courses taken during the Spring 2009 term; First day of diploma pickup/mailout for Spring 2009 grads
