Payment is not accepted in advance, with the exception of large group reservations (20 and up)
We are unable accept credit cards.
We ask that you arrive no later than 15 minutes before curtain to claim your reservations.
The house generally opens half an hour before curtain.
Ten minutes before curtain, all unclaimed reservations are released
for sale to any waiting patrons.
Sold Out Performance |
If a performance is sold out, there is no over-the-phone waiting list. Patrons may arrive early and place their names on a standby list in the box office. Patrons, and their guests, must be present to place their names on our waiting list. If seats are available at curtain time, standby guests will be allowed to purchase tickets on a first-come, first-served basis, provided that all guests in their party are present. We are unable to issue refunds or exchanges for any tickets unclaimed at curtain time. |
Latecomers |
Please note carefully the start time of the performance you are booking. Typically, Theatre Wesleyan does not accommodate late seating. For certain productions latecomers, if admitted, will not be granted entry into the theatre until a suitable break in the program, which may not be until interval. This is at the sole discretion of the House Manager and is not applicable to each production. We recommend that patrons arrive at the theatre at least 20 minutes prior to the performance start time to avoid delaying the performance and inconveniencing other patrons. |
